Advisory in Project Finance

Jennifer has a BSc (Honours) in Economics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She has worked and consulted to numerous financial institutions in the capital markets arena. She headed interest rate structuring for First National Bank’s derivatives operation, which included developing the corporate bond market. She has substantial experience in structuring financial investments for institutions, heading up a boutique financial services operation’s institutional marketing.  She is a shareholder and co-founder of a Black Economic Empowerment women’s company in South Africa that holds a stake in Sasol Oil, and mineral prospecting licenses. She consults to companies requiring finance, execution skills and empowerment in the energy,  infrastructure & other sectors. Jennifer is the founder of Valanjo Sterling, board director, and consults extensively in the infrastructural finance arena. She has successfully structured, tendered, raised and/or risk managed over R10 billion of debt and equity.
